The Golds Gym XR5 was a popular weight bench and lat tower combination that is no longer manufactured by Golds Gym.
The new version of the XR5 is the Golds Gym XRS 20 home gym. The XRS20
does not contain the lat tower, but adds a cool arm curl option that's
attached directly to the leg developer.
